I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my deck! Joe was professional, reliable, and clearly takes great pride in his craftsmanship. He repaired my deck beautifully and installed a new banister that looks amazing and feels sturdy and safe. Everything was done on time, with great attention to detail, and the area was left spotless when the job was finished.

Had a contractor ring the doorbell in Wayne, informing us a tree was too close to the house and the roots could damage the foundation. He was charging $250 to remove it. We told him to go ahead. Then he notices rotted wood near the roof and wanted to fix that too. After tearing off part of the house he informs us that it was all rotted out under the roof and it would cost $11k to fix, but he was giving us a deal because others would charge $15k. Nearly gave me a heart attack. At that point we halted all work, told them to leave and called PTM Home. We had used PTM Home in the past to replace the shingles on the roof and were very satisfied with the quality of the work. Joseph came and inspected, then informed us we only needed to replace the rotten plywood where necessary. It was a much smaller job that only cost a few hundred dollars. Boy were we glad we called PTM. Beware of the bait and switch tactics of unsolicited contractors in the area who ring your doorbell. PTM is honest, and very knowledgeable.
Joe was very honest from the start to the finish. Gave us a very affordable price. Installed lifetime roof. Changed only rotten plywood where necessary. Added two chimney caps. no charge . Also helped us get the financing. And helped us save money on our home owners insurance. Left our property very clean . Highly recommend PTM
PTM Homes and Joe are highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Joe helped us open up our kitchen and give us the open concept we were looking for. He also gave us a new roof and new gutters with gutter guards. Everything was done in a timely manner and they were very neat. He also offers financing. Highly recommend!
