Excellent company to do business with! They worked quickly and met every expectation. This was the second siding job I have done with them and just like the first one they did not disappoint. All of the employees were very polite and made sure that I was fully satisfied with the work. But with every big project there can always be complications that arise. We had a small issue with my tenants air conditioning unit mid way through the project but Bruce was very attentive and made sure to correct the issue asap so that my tenant didn’t have to spend too much time in a hot apartment. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work and will always recommend them to anyone looking to repair/replace the siding in their home.

Bruce and his team did an excellent job on our house. The main scope of the project was to remove the old cedar siding, insulate the house, install new vinyl siding, and new windows.Timeline of the project was clearly outlined, budget was set, and quality of the work was outstanding. Any questions that I had throughout the process were clearly answered and the team always cleaned up the area after each days work. The company was even able to install a new patio to create a nice clean look in front. Overall, I would highly recommend New America Construction for your home renovation projects.

Bruce’s team did a great job installing a French drain and sump pump after our basement flooded several times since moving in a few months ago. They had to cut out part of the walls and flooring, and you wouldn’t be able to tell with how well the work was done to replace them (see pics of the trench that had to be dug as well as the “after”). Erick, the foreman on the job, was great with communicating and making sure the work was done correctly. We had a couple issues that needed to be corrected along the way and Erick was super responsive and accommodating. They said the job would be done within a week and a half and they were right on time… just in time for a crazy rain the next day where we were able to see how well the pump worked. Bruce was a consummate professional throughout the whole experience. We would definitely recommend him!

First, I would love to thank Bruce and his team for not only the amazing work they did on my family home but the dedication and effort they put into our house! They did such an amazing job on our siding and even removed our AC units for us. Our has been around for almost 73 years and you would think the house was brand new with the work that they did! Bruce, his brother, and the rest of the New America Construction team were awesome! They worked continuously for 9 days until my 3-family house in Montclair was ripped off and resided. The workmanship was great and they cleaned up the job site and removed all of their debris and left my house looking brand new! I highly recommend working with Bruce.
