John and Joe of Green Leaf Plumbing were very knowledgeable about my 10 year-old Navien Combi Boiler which I hadn't had any preventative maintenance done on in several years. (Which was why I searched on the Navien website for a certified installer in the area). They reviewed the settings on my unit and found and improved several incorrect settings. The system is running better than it has for years. I should have called them sooner! They both clearly love what they do and are enthusiastic teachers as well (which I appreciated). They arrived on time, worked cleanly and neatly and were polite and friendly. I definitely recommend them and already have a appt setup for next year's preventative maintenance.
My A/C stopped working last night, and the temperature was going to be (of course) 90 degrees today! I emailed Green Leaf at 9pm last night/Wednesday night. When I woke up Thursday morning, I saw that John from green leaf had emailed me at midnight to say he would contact me in the morning. at 9am John called me, said he could stop on the way to a job with his team. By 10:30am my A/C was fixed! He called me to explain everything he did and what was wrong. They will be my new HVAC guys! I got them off of my Town's recommendation page, and they are wonderful and true professionals. I highly recommend them!
John and Joe at Green Leaf Plumbing are true professionals. I've had the opportunity to work with them recently on my problematic tankless boiler unit. They are responsive, timely, knowledgeable, and most importantly—they are easy to work with. They take their time to explain the work plan, and encouraged questions during the process. My Husband Chris and I had an excellent experience with John & Joe. They dedicated time after hours to discuss the issue we were experiencing with our heating system and promptly arrived to resolve it at our home in Towaco. They provided thorough explanations and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the process. Additionally, their pricing was very reasonable. We will certainly be reaching out to them again for necessary system servicing and any future needs.
Joe and John were a pleasure to work with. John picked up on a Saturday when I needed someone for my tankless water heater. Joe was in the area and came over in his personal vehicle. He spent hours and was patient. As soon as the part became available on a Monday morning John and Joe came and fixed the issue. Their prices are very reasonable and where other plumbers told me to replace my unit these two gentlemen were honest and told me my unit was fine. They did not try to make me spend a ton more like others usually do. thanks for everything you’ve done fellas. It was easy to reach them and they are genuinely good plumbers. Great to work with.
