    Good products, poor customer service, the guy on the phone was practically doing me a favor when he was talking to me.

    Love their products. Use them all the time, but had the worst experience with their customer support. Called in to find out if one of their power boxes would perform a certain function. Instead of getting us an answer the customer service representative spoke down on us, belittled us and was very condescending. He asked why in the world would we ever want to do that, and we explained to him that it's what we have done before and his response: "Bro, I have been in this industry for 45 years and I have never heard of that!" Our response was, "Besides your beautiful AV history, I am assuming that we cannot do this." He then has the nerve to say that the comment was rude. Unfortunately, we did not have time to play games with the person that is supposed to be hired to help people out. We were in the middle of an install and would have been way more helpful if he could have just answered our questions. This was the worst display of customer service I have experienced in a long time and it is really sad that he was on speaker for the whole team to hear it. Nothing was resolved, our question wasn't answered and I would never want to contact this company again for help.
