Mark and the planet auto body team were awesome. I had a fantastic experience and the customer service was amazing. I was recommended by my daughter because she had an accident and took her car there which they did amazing work. Her car looked like she had just brought it when they were finished. Job well done. I had a great experience at this place! Rami Raza who was the person in charge of my repairs was a joy! He didn’t mind constantly calling asking for updates! As a matter of facts he would call me before I do to tell me the progress of my car! What appreciated most was the honesty, he refused of putting rusty part in my car and even email me of what type of use parts would go in my car ans if its not too par he would wait till he get the right one! The service did take longer than anticipated but that is because they didn’t want to rush it and do a bad job! When I got my car back it looked brand new those damages where no where to be found! Thank you so much Rami for everything and your excellent service!

We had a fantastic experience here. Amazing customer service and even better car body work. I was in an accident and this was one of the places the person at faults insurance covered and it turned out great. My car looks brand new and they finished a week earlier than they told me it would be ready! What more could a customer want?! Highly recommend !!!

DAVE, EMMA AND I FORGET THE OTHER GUY NAME PULLED THROUGH FOR ME! LET ME TELL YOU BABY..... THEY PAID FOR A RENTAL WHILE THEY GRACIOUSLY TOOK CARE OF THE ANTS AND GOT RID OF THEM! I WAS SO HAPPY THAT EVERYONE GOT A HUG! I'M GRATEFUL THAT THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO NOT ONLY REPAIR MY CAR FROM THE ACCIDENT BUT TO TAKE CARE OF THE ANTS SO THAT MY KIDS AND I CAN DRIVE IN PEACE! THANK YOU!!!!

I was reared ended and needed work done. My insurance company recommended this autobody shop. They did a wonderful job! My back end looks brand new. The staff was exceptional! Amy (receptionist) was so nice and warming. All of the staff were so nice to my kids and interacted with them. They even had games and activities for children. The only thing that was annoying was that I got ants all over my car! Outside and inside. I got a car wash done twice, sprayed the outside with ammonia, kept a cup of vinegar inside the car, got the car detailed inside and sprayed disinfectant inside! These ants won't go away. They have decreased in numbers but they are still there and my kids are afraid to sit inside. It's been a whole week! I don't know if there is a particular chemical they use or if my car was left open but the ants are annoying!
