I bought my car from Maplecrest over 5 years ago and love my car. I'm impressed (and relieved) at the high-level of communication I had with each employee, from scheduling my appoint, processing the intake paperwork, dropping my car off, arranging a car loan and receiving an update on what was required and when my car should be ready. Pat Vicuna took extra care to make sure each step of the process was stressless. I really appreciate this!
Just used their house call service to do a general checkup. Miller the technician communicated early and frequently, showed up on time. Broke down what he was going to do, estimated costs etc. Afterwards broke
Down what he did and the state of everything. Really great service and excellent communication with him.
