Great place! It was about an hour and a half wait which is to be expected with all the sick kids. Other than that the front desk staff and the doctor were exceptionally awesome. Easy to check in and we saw the doctor rather quickly after we went into a room. Dr Ginzburg was very thorough and my son loved her! All around great experience thank you so much for all you do PM pediatrics !
We went to PM Pediatrics Urgent Care in Clifton NJ. We set up appt online and we were accomodated pleasantly and properly. Waiting time is fair. Dr. John Sutter was nice and helpful. Thank you for everything!
I checked in my child seeking medical attention due to breathing abnormally. The receptionist was very helpful and professional checking my child in and taking us straight to the medical room promptly. Once we got into the room the medical assistant came in to check my child’s vitals. Things when left once the NP Liz came in to the room. She did not have empathy nor did she have bed side manners. My child was terrified and she was just insisting on giving my child a steroid not even fully assessing or having proper test results. She became very arrogant and rude. If there is one thing I will say when it comes to a child in need of treatment the medical staff needs to keep in mind as parents we have a job to keep our children safe and comfortable we have the right to decline medical intervention and any treatments we don’t feel comfortable or safe for our child and can seek second opinions. After the NP rushed out of the room she sent in the doctor and said she will no longer care for my child and the doctor would take over. I ended up leaving and took my child to the Livingston ER for treatment and she is doing much better and the staff there was a little more gentle, caring and understanding. I would never bring my child to PM pediatric urgent care nor will I recommend any parents to bring their children here for care.
Everyone here was so kind and patient with my daughter. The MA Maggie and the nurse Kristen took their time to try to help her feel comfortable while they were checking her and really helped her to feel calm as she was very nervous. Dr. Borgen treated both my child and me with respect, asking her questions too and taking the time to listen to my concerns and offer guidance for me at home. This is a very thoughtful staff and everyone clearly cares about what they’re doing.
