I was told I had a 30-50% chance to win a lawsuit against the twsp. After tens of thousands, engineers, depositions, mediation, the judge ruled ALL CLAIMS against the twsp. were irrevelant!!! Tort Claims Act. Both lawyers I dealt with should have known this! There are a few exceptions. Very Disappointing
