Presidential Place Apartments

I rented a top floor apartment and had the best experience.. the building is so well built there was no noise .. I never heard my neighbors even with their dogs .. Jessica is an amazing professional .. extremely responsive and patient !! I highly recommend this property !! I’d give it 6 stars if possible .. thanks again Jessica to making this interim living a special experience!!

Presidential place is a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly the grounds are well kept and the staff are extremely helpful. The property manager Jessica was a great help to me throughout my entire residency. She was always willing to lend an ear and help with whatever issue I had . The maintenance guys were awesome as well. Brad and Adam were always there whenever I needed something fixed. If you are looking for a nice place to live I would highly recommend Presidential Place !

Great experience living here. Jess has been very accommodating with any needs that arose. Brad and Adam were always quick to respond to anything that needed to be addressed. The development including the gym and pool area were always clean. Highly recommend

My fiance and I have been living here for the past year and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. The facilities are clean grounds are well kept Brad and his team are quick to respond to any maintenance need. And Jessica the property manager is always there to help out with any needs she is quick to get back to you with any questions or concerns. We will be renewing our lease for another year!.

Had a short term rental from 6/18–1/19 ( sorry for the tardiness in my review!). Management was very flexible. Very clean and comfortable. Move in and move out no problem (full deposit) Wasn’t close to 78, but potentially could see a noise issue if I were. Within the apartment no real noise issue, but hey it’s apartment living right? Probably depends on your neighbors. I checked 5 places within 10 mile radius, was my top choice, no regrets!
