I’ve been learning violin with Paul for a while now, started as an adult! He’s super encouraging, patient, and professional. I love how he makes up little stories for rhythms—it makes learning way more fun and memorable. Definitely recommend this place if you’re thinking about learning violin!
3 months in, and we are hooked! Amazing instructors! Great program, learn from professional musicians! I’ve previously had my daughter in a program at school with a weekly class on Outschool, and she just wasn’t getting the right instruction, not learning the right techniques! The Princeton Sting Academy does is right, nice setting for lessons, instructors who actually have mastered the instrument at hand, focus on tone, technique, memorization, and our teacher, Susan is incredible.
Princeton String Academy has been wonderful for our son. Paul is a talented musician and an outstanding teacher. Our son struggled with proper posture and bow control in the beginning but with Paul’s expert guidance and patience, he now plays viola with more confidence. Paul is meticulous and his enthusiasm and warm demeanor has definitely rubbed off on our kid. He now looks forward to his music lessons. Paul inspires him to stay motivated and keep improving. I highly recommend Princeton String Academy for its excellent teachers.
My son, who is in middle school and plays the viola, has been with Princeton String Academy for over two years.
I have had the pleasure of watching my son not only get introduced to a spectrum of different musical pieces but also become a more confident and skilled musician in the process too.
My son’s teacher brings out the best in him and he has taught him so much - not only from a technical standpoint (such as with rhythm and intonation) but also from a musical standpoint (such as how to make a melody more emotional and captivating).
My son has had many different opportunities to perform and each one has been a wonderful experience.
Princeton String Academy is a wonderful learning institution. The teachers genuinely care about your child and want them to succeed and be the best musician they can be.
We are so glad to be a part of this school and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for private lessons.
My child has been playing violin at Princeton String Academy for almost 9 years and we have been very happy with the experience. Paul Manulik is a talented, enthusiastic and patient teacher. He keeps students involved with regular recitals, concerts and string groups, and encourages them to challenge themselves with local and regional competitions.
