ProCare Rehabilitation Westfield

I went to ProCare for physical therapy after a humerus fracture. Michael and his team were extremely knowledgeable and had me back to my prior level of functioning in a relatively short period of time. In addition, the entire staff was friendly, warm and caring. Holly at the front desk is exceptional and a pleasure to deal with. The entire experience was very positive. I highly recommend ProCare Rehabilitation in Westfield.

Exceptional staff. Holly is a treasure to welcome you into the office. Physical therapist Michael was highly recommended to me. He was extremely professional and encouraged me to work on a quick recovery.

Mike, assisted by Chris, did a great job with my sciatica over 3 months - came in on a walker and left unsupported on my own two feet. However, the real pleasure was being greeted by Holly every time - what a lovely personality.

I actually didn’t have a lot of expectations going in because I’ve been going to the gym for the past 25 years and thought I know everything about my muscles. Well I was wrong. What Michael had shown me actually made a huge difference for my injury. He’s extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and a pleasure to talk to. All of the assistants are super nice too.

I began physical therapy for a broken and sprained ankle with ProCare Westfield six weeks ago. When I began my treatment, I was in ROUGH shape and with the guidance of Mike and his Team, six weeks later, I am happy to say, I am on the road to recovery. The facility is clean, well-maintained and the front desk is staffed by Holly who is just an absolute ray of sunshine. She has been so accommodating in scheduling requests and appointment reminders. The assistant, Chris, was extremely patient and kind while coaching me through the exercises while at their facility every time I visited. And Mike, I can not sing high enough praises about the kindness and care this man has shown me through my recovery process. Most days I would hobble in, in pain, and Mike was beyond patient with my slow progress and encouraging the whole time. Any day something in particular felt 'off' he would take the time to address the new needs fully.

I never once felt rushed, nor had to wait for my appointment times. After six weeks, I have 'graduated' from physical therapy, back on my feet with guidance and support to continue my healing journey. I can not recommend this facility more highly, and should I ever find myself in need of Physical Therapy services again, I will go straight back to Mike and his Team.
