Prospect Presbyterian Church is a true community treasure. There’s a genuine sense of warmth and welcome here — across generations — along with thoughtful programming and fun, meaningful activities that bring people together. This year saw the return of the Secret Shoppe, a beloved family tradition, and other fun and festive activities, including a concert series.

Prospect is in the midst of a real renaissance. There’s renewed energy, fresh momentum, and as always, a deep commitment to the community. If you haven’t been in a while, it’s a wonderful time to come back and reconnect.

Prospect has been our church since moving to Maplewood more than 20 years ago and feels like a real home to us. Our children attended the wonderful Prospect Preschool in addition to our membership in the church and this past year our daughter was confirmed in the church. This is a welcoming and caring community for all and their commitment to the wider community -- from MEND, hosting numerous Scout meetings, a fiber arts group, regular musical offerings, this year's return of the Prospect Secret Shoppe and so much more -- is a real focus in addition to wonderful worship.

The church has a very warm and welcoming congregation. I enjoyed the message and the music on World Communion Sunday. I do plan on attending each time that I visit my daughter, Treasure and son-in law, Jeff.
