Ray and Sean delivered our couch on behalf of seaside furniture store, And they were absolutely phenomenal. There was some difficulty with maneuvering the couch in our narrow doorway, but they figured it out with no trouble. They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, extremely professional, and generally very nice guys. Appreciate all of their help!
Bill the owner has a great crew. I had them pack part of my townhouse. And store into my storage unit. Then take the unit and move 25 mins away. Their lead guy clearly knows his job, and is very professional. He packed my unit so carefully and efficiently, that I didn't need the additional one I had waiting(saving me a monthly payment!!)
Then, I booked them to move into my new home, we were fighting rain unfortunately. They did not miss a step.
They not only did a great job moving, their lead guy went out of his way to use a touch up marker on my table as a courtesy (scratches made by my cats, years ago.)
If you want fast, efficient, respectful and reasonable price, this is a company worth considering.
I will recommend them every time.
Finally, just as a last note, after I worked with the team the first time I called the owner just to compliment his team. They deserve all the best reviews.
Thanks again guys!
These guys were great. They came in with the lowest estimate. The job ended up taking less time than anticipated, and they charged us less than the estimate. Prompt, careful and professional.
Got quoted $750-$1,000 after a walk thru assessment, ended up paying $1,700 plus $125 tip for two people. The move was 23 minute drive locally. I was told I got cut a break, instead of $250 a hour it would be $186. Their big TRICK is to undo small/large furniture to pieces or tables to take up labor time. On things that you and I wouldn’t normally take apart, i.e. lightweight chair for baby feeding purposes. They also dropped an expensive coffee table from Raymour & Flanigan blamed it on the curve of the driveway and if I didn’t bring up the fix, they wouldn’t have used the wood marker on the scratches they come prepped with. WOOD MARKERS ON DECK! They also couldn’t put back together an expensive leather couch they took a part, leaving me with another bill.
It’s unfortunate but moving companies are like this (short sighted in profits) and that’s why I never try to negotiate their cost and tip still. It’s a commoditized industry with low customer service and training for field employees.
William made a chaotic situation (because we know moving is NOT easy) such a simple process from start to finish! Moving can be overwhelming but not with Quality Moving! All of the guys were professional, efficient, kind and careful when moving our possesions. I would 100% use this fantastic moving company again!!! 5 stars is not enough for this 10 star company!!!
