Excellent customer services at this store. I have to say the owner was very welcoming and friendly.
My bf purchased a vape refill and we happen to open it in the store cuz my boyfriend wanted to make sure it worked. For some reason, the vape looked a bit low. Not full like your usual. I showed the store owner even though it was not his fault and he with no hesitation, replaced it the refill and apologized. We told him it was not his fault but we greatly appreciated what he did.
