This company is absolutely the best. Good prices, and extremely quick response time. I've had last minute issues with pickups and the like, and they are always extremely fast to deal with it in a timely manner and to get loads moved quickly. Highly Recommend.

I have been a customer for years shipping everything from plastic commodities to garments. Rapid Express Freight will always listen. They would suggest on how to ship based on the value of the shipment, commodity, and how urgent the order is. We would then choose a carrier based on the current needs.

I strong disagree with John P. Rapid Express Freight gave us the best service not just when shipments went smooth. They were very helpful when a freight shipment went wrong. Lost, delayed, etc. They helped us when we had to file claims for lost or damaged Freight. They also complete the bill of lading for us.

Unfortunately, some shippers want it both ways. They choose the cheapest carrier with the longest transit time and very limited insurance coverage. Then they file claims for damages never posted on the delivery receipt. This is not the fault of Rapid Express Freight. They always advise us the insurance limits on each shipment before we decide on the carrier. I highly recommend them from my personal experience.
