I've been with this Dr for about 20 years and my experience has been fine. I actually feel he treats me more like a friend than a patient. He is very thorough and takes his time explaining. Yes, he is old school and I'm fine with that.
I am feeling bad to write such a review for such a wonderful doctor and a person.Unfortunately I am moving to another doctor just because of his poor staff ( specially after covid). They have the worst billing team and after covid the worst staff ( I guess only one person is there now). The only good thing about that place is Dr. Reiss himself so if you can tolerate a worst billing team and a weird staff member please go ahead. His office called my husband after 11 months of blood test to "discuss that" :D
Very friendly and kind physician. He is thorough, takes his time, never makes you feel rushed and offers good advice, treatment and necessary lab work. He makes sure that insurance will cover whatever is necessary so I feel secure that I will have the right diagnosis. I highly recommend him. It is hard to find small independent offices that are not being bought out by big health systems these days where you can become a number. It's a 1 doc shop and you are treated as the patient.
Dr. Reiss is an excellent doctor. I've been going to him for over 25 years. He is easy to talk too and takes his time and answers any questions I may have. He doesn't rush you in and out like many doctors do. He is a compassionate doc and truly enjoys what he does. Thumbs up!
