The owner of River Car Care assisted my aunt while she was traveling to our home and her car was overheating. He diagnosed and fixed the issue with her coolant, wouldn’t let her leave until the car was 100% safe and then called her several hours later to make sure she reached her destination with no further incidents. I cannot begin to explain the level of appreciation both my aunt and I had for them going the extra mile to simply care about their customers.
