My battery died in my BMW due to what appears to be an electrical issue. Victor from Ron and Sons Towing came to the rescue, charged my battery and tried to troubleshoot the issue. When it was clear it had to be towed to BMW for maintenance (my BMW service is in Manhattan), he arranged for Ron and Sons to hold my car overnight, till BMW service opened in the morning. He was incredibly helpful, kind and friendly.
Then, around 8:00 am, I received a text letting me know Ron and Sons Towing was on their way to my service center. I have never received more professional and friendly service from a towing company! I highly recommend this company!
People who really truly care!!! I was going through a hard time & Billy, Adam, Tyler and the guys really went out of their way to help me very earnestly and I would recommend coming here if you don’t know what to do, where to go or how to do it it!
They really care and they keep people in mind when they act! They act with heart and I felt very safe with these guys
I recommend using this towing company. 24/7 service and they hire caring workers! Victor helped me and my mom out the other night. He provided excellent customer service and very patient. He is an "above and beyond" type of person and we need more people like him. Grade A service!
I locked my keys in my car and called AAA. They sent out Ron & Sons Towing. Dylan from Ron & Sons Towing arrived within 20 minutes, as he said he would when he called to let me know he was on the way. He was very communicative and had my car open within 10 minutes. He was kind and professional, and I am very appreciative of his service and support. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ron and Sons Towing, especially with Inan Mulaibrahimovic! When my 2004 R32 broke down, I was feeling stressed and uncertain about the towing process. However, Inan turned that experience around completely.
From the moment he arrived, Inan was incredibly kind and professional. He took his time to assess the situation and made sure my car was secure throughout the entire towing process. It was evident that he truly takes pride in his work, treating my car with the utmost care as if it were his own.
Not only did he handle everything with expertise, but he also took the time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. I felt reassured knowing my beloved R32 was in good hands.
