We recently had Universal Roofing Solutions install a new roof for our home. The entire process from the day we received our estimate to completion was excellent! Anthony was everything you look for in a company representative...professional, honest, friendly and punctual. He kept us informed of each and every step being taken and was there on-site overseeing the crew along with the project manager, making sure things were moving along throughout the entire job. I was extremely happy with the team of professionals Universal employs...from the PM to the installers. All of them were courteous, organized and clean. Additionally, I was rather impressed with how both owners of the company were on site seeing to our needs, answering any questions we had, keeping us well informed throughout. At the completion of the job, Anthony, the PM, head of the roof installers and owners were all there walking around the entire house with me, inspecting the entire premises of the house for any debris and reviewing the entire roof and exactly what they had installed and why. Anthony wasn't kidding when he said when they leave, other than the beautiful new roof on our house, it'll be like they were never here!
