Royal Flower Shop

Flowers were delivered when promised and were fresh. However, the arrangement looked almost nothing like the picture of what I ordered on the website. While I understand that substitutions need to be made based on what is available at the time, I feel that the arrangement received has far fewer flowers and is mostly filler.

Editing review from 3 to 4 stars and adding: The owners of this shop reached out and offered a discount on the arrangement because they knew I was not happy - which I appreciated but did not accept. As a small business, they did the best they could (and even explained they put more flowers than the original photo contained), and as I originally mentioned, the arrangement was very fresh and lasted a long time. There are not many businesses that would stand by their work and be accountable like this, and I would definitely give them another chance in the future due to their outstanding business practices! If I ordered again, I think I would call and discuss what I wanted, instead of ordering online. Thank you to the owners for being so dedicated to customer service!

WOW! Very Happy Customer. Truly Royal bouquet. This was the only Florist who would create exactly what I wanted. Made a custom colour Bday bouquet for us. Excellent service and creativity. would give 0 stars if possible. never got the flowers i ordered 2 weeks ago, can't get in touch with anyone at the shop after calling multiple times. thanks for ruining mothers day!

edit: finally got in touch with someone, and they don't know why my flowers weren't delivered yesterday. said it was the delivery drivers fault. but they are remaking my arrangement and supposedly upgrading it for dropping the ball. will update the stars after the flowers are recevied.

Edit2: flowers received and they are very nice. Not exactly what I ordered but decent for being put together last minute.
