I contacted Russel Renovation after months of delays trying to work with ServPro. We were working to renovate and enlarge a bathroom that had been damaged by a water leak.
Russel Renovation came in to look at the work on the same day I called, had a quote ready by the next day, and construction started within a week. The team was extremely helpful, professional, and timely. They also helped us pick out matching tiles for our bathroom since this was our first bathroom renovation and we were a little unsure of what we wanted.
Russell has worked on a few projects for me, both large and small. He and his crew are professional, timely, kind and pleasant to work with, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me with additional tasks that were not part of my original plan 😅. Whenever I call him, he makes time as soon as possible to come out and give me an estimate. He's fair and honest and has given me tips on projects that I could complete myself without having to pay for the work. I'm always grateful for his help and highly recommend him for your next project.
We used Russell Renovations LLC for a few different jobs in our home. We started with replacing our 50 year old main bathroom. Russell and his crew also replaced new doors and trim in my hallway. The new bathroom and the doors turned out more beautifully than I imagined!
