Throughout the two month process of selling two properties for the Estate, Monika kept me updated on the progress right up to the moment of call to close last Friday. My real estate agent was present and Colleen carefully guided me through both the HUD and ALTA statements so I was clear on the fund disbursements. The transactions were flawless.
