Hi,
I have my 2 cars and the house insured by this office. Communication was great with Patrice and I got good rates when I switched from State Farm.
6 months later the insurance for the 2 cars have been increased with about $100.
We had a normal number of miles on the cars, no speeding tickets and the cars value should've went down.
So, I don't understand why the increase.
Our Allstate agent and the workers in his office have always been available to us, answering our questions and resolving any issues that arise. It is refreshing to deal with knowledgeable, gracious people rather than navigating a frustrating automated menu.
My personal experience has been excellent. Kevin is a gem! BUT how long before you update ALL your files since David DIED six years ago and ALL policies are in JUST MY NAME!!!!!! Shirley
