Purchase a Delta Foil package on their website and Travis on their staff was particularly helpful in answering my questions and making sure I had everything needed to hit the water as soon as packages were received. Also worth mentioning their shipping is particularly fast and have received packages in 1 day before (in NJ)
Awesome store servicing the northeast. Vadim the owner is very active in the community and runs a great business. Purchased a Waydoo efoil and it’s been awesome. Also my go to for all winging equipment. Highly recommended!
Green Hat is perhaps the all around best gear shop that I've dealt with. The turn around time from placing an order to receiving it is outstanding.
I recently contacted Travis concerning a warranty problem on a Duotone product. The response time was anazing. In less than 24 hours the problem was resolved. I've been a Noth/Duotone fan for years and this solidifies my belief in them and their gear.
Green Hat will continue to be my go to shop for any and all of my wind sport needs. This place rocks.
Great kiteboarding shop. Travis helped me with my order and he and Brian we're extremely helpful with making sure I found the best deal, as well as shipping it in a timely manner. I even had a small problem with my order, and the fixed it without any issues. Communication is top notch with this company. And I will be using them again in the future.
Great customer service from Green Hat! I bought a pair of Mystic booties from them in the spring, and the heal on one bootie ripped in September. I reached out to Green Hat to see if there was a chance of getting a credit, which honestly I didn't have high hopes for, and Travis worked with Mystic's warranty department and got them to send a new pair out to me. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely be buying more gear from Green Hat in the future and highly recommending them to friends!
