We have been with Schenck Agency for many years now. They always are professional and provide great service. Recently we had to put a claim in for my sons car who resides in Colorado. We were having some trouble coordinating with our insurance carrier. I called Cathy at Schenck Agency and explained my issue. She said she would look into it and from that point, the rest of the claim process went smooth.
