Cesar handled our day-of emergency crisis very prompt and professional. He worked with us in trying to get a new rental after our first one we found on VRBO was a total nightmare. The process was seamless and we knew we were in good hands. He was timely in his efforts and the communication was great. Over the last several months we went through two life changing real estate transactions. We found the buy first and it came with new issues we leaned heavily on Matt and Schlosser Real Estate to understand and address. A month later, we listed a home that had over time had become central to our life. The term custom built does not capture the emotional investment one puts in to creating a home. The marketing material Matt prepared highlighted the unique aspects of our house beyond the great location of the property. Through it all, we benefited from Matt’s knowledge of the markets along the Jersey Shore and his understanding of our needs through the process.

We have had a wonderful relationship with the Schlosser family for over 50 years. Their knowledge of the Lavallette market place is second to none. They are known for their excellent service and we have experienced that in all of our dealings. No one should consider buying or selling in shore market without checking in with Andy and Matt.

I have read rather unflattering reviews about Schlosser Real Estate. I thank the tenants who posted their unfortunate experience with this realtor. I will make sure I do not use them for my summer rental. Very disappointed a Tenant has been accused for previous damages. I too have has a similarly experience. I have since found a REPUTABLE realtor that I exclusively deal with. Future renters, please examine your rental carefully upon your first night stay. Record everything to protect yourself. Report findings to your realtor Pronto so everyone is clearly on the same page.

In all honesty, Rachel Baran of Schlosser Real Estate is the best realtor we’ve ever dealt with down the shore. She is very patient, extremely thorough and always determined to find what we were looking for. What also sets her apart is that she’s completely trustworthy and honest; a real pleasure to deal with. Not to mention the fact that she found us the ideal home which actually met all our requirements. We closed on a Lavallette beach block home in May 2023 and couldn’t be happier! We really couldn’t have asked for more than what Rachel provided.
