Always great. I waited for my car great coffe, tea and water. Televisions to watch the news, an area to hook up your computer to work and enough space for kids. Always satisfied with the service department and staff. The staff explained everything regarding my car service
I took my car in to get my bumper fixed and they did not disappoint. Very very nice receptionist she called for every single detail about changes to my car which I appreciated. Thank you to Ted and everyone that worked on my car in the body shop!!!
The attention is so fast and they are professionals, the coffe is delicious.
I've brought my car here a couple times for repairs. Shuttle service is good, waiting area is very comfortable too if you choose to wait. The staff is very respectful, friendly and communicative - by far the best experience I've had with a dealership. There are locations closer to my house but I prefer to drive a little farther for the excellent service.
Always a pleasure at Schumacher Chevy, Service department is outstanding. Friendly atmosphere employees are very helpful they go over everything with you.
