I can’t stress enough how reliable these machines are. They deliver consistent, high quality results every time, which is crucial when you’re dealing with large volumes of laundry.
They do not respond to service requests via app. Washer does not spin 50% of the time. Dryer must run 2x per load. No response to refund requests. Offered just a $2 refund after talking to a service agent on phone. Did not offer to resolve any previous requests after acknowledging that they exist in the system.
They came highly recommended by one of our tenants and have always been extremely helpful with my questions. They act as a blueprint for how all companies can work. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely do business with them again.
Installation is flawless. The serviceman was exceptional and did an excellent job. Polite and efficient, and they left the place clean when they left. The new laundry system is fantastic, and we are very pleased with it so far. We totally recommend Sebco Laundry Systems to anyone looking for the best machines and equipment!
