I ordered Pentair 170018 Tank Bottom Assembly Replacement on Wednesday September 06, 2023 great price, to tax plus free shipping to Texas. I received it on Saturday September 09, 2023. Thanks so much for the fast shipping.
I ordered a pool skimmer and a telescoping pole from them online. I received the skimmer, but not the pole. I contacted them via their website to find out the status on the missing pole. Scott, the manager, responded back that the skimmer and pole were two separate items, and that the skimmer didn't come with a pole. I sent him a copy of my order showing that I had indeed ordered the two separate items. I have yet to hear back from him on this. Hopefully this will be resolved, and I will be able to edit this review when it is.
Update
I have received a refund, through PayPal, for the pole that was not delivered. I am still not sure why the pole was never shipped.
