A few years ago I had Dave and the Skytech Construction team do a roof at my home. I was so impressed by him that last year I had him build a new Trex deck for us. I feel Dave is extremely responsive, and his pricing is very fair. As a realtor, I have begun to recommend Dave to my clients. He is always receptive to coming out and providing a free estimate. I can tell you, it's very hard to find a contractor who will do this and who understands the sense of urgency needed. Dave is a contractor that really cares about the needs of his clients, and can often help with ideas to stay in budget.

Dave and his staff have done several jobs for me over the years and I have nothing to complain about. We just did a bathroom and it came out great. Although there were delays the office and on site staff communicated clearly about everything. The on site crew worked diligently and with excellent care to detail and customer satisfaction was their focus. Very pleased with the final project and everyone involved. Dave is a gentleman and a high quality business man.

Skytech did some really great work providing us a new roof a few years ago. The roof looks really great!

Since then, the owner Dave has also come back twice to inspect areas of the roof after I reported there being leaks in the house. For both issues Dave found no fault with the roof tiles, and to address the first leak, he caulked some open spaces in the flashing beneath the siding of a window, and for the second leak, he caulked some openings in my chimney grout. I am very pleased that Dave assisted in fixing some of these problems that were unrelated to the roof free of charge.

Recently suffered roof damage from strong summer storms, and Sky Tech was recommended to remediate. Dave was prompt and courteous during the estimate process, and his office staff was responsive during the booking process. His work entire work crew was outstanding - completed the work beautifully on a really hot and humid day. I highly recommend this fantastic locally owned company.
