The park features flat and easy trails and falls under the category of a municipal or city park with playground facilities.

I live nearby and visit practically every day, beautiful, lots of activities, tennis, basketball, baseball, soccer, running track, benches, lots of trees, kids play area, swings, slides, clean bathrooms what more could one want!

Great organization Summit Rocks!

I usually visit this field on the celebration of the 4th of July. We'll I have also been there to see a couple of soccer games too. It is is a nice field, but on July 4th of each year, I becomes the epicenter of the Summit Family and neighbors earthquake. I really mean it, for people like me who have lived real earthquakes in Costa Rica, I am daring to use this metaphor to compare this celebration with an Earthquake. When you experience something like that, you can hear people screaming, everybody gathers together on an open area searching for other people, fortunately, in this case the ones screaming are little kids who get dazzled by the fireworks 🎆 and the ones searching for others in open areas are teenagers and relatives who just want to ambrace the joy of another year of independence or just another reason to hug 🫂 the ones they love.

Nice place for 4th July fireworks, lots of food truck, children play areas. Various sports activities spring, summer and fall. Big soccer field.
