I typically like promenade no complaints they always do a good interior job. This most recent visit, not so great. I heard they have new management but for 36 dollars I would have hoped the interior would be better. Exterior was ok, still a lot of salt from the snow left

I love this place personally. As a person of Latin descent, it’s nice to feel comfortable. The staff members are always kind. And they always do such a great job on my car. This business will definitely continue to have my support and money..

I usually wash my own car, but when I don’t have time, this is the only place I’ll go. Yes, prices have gone up, but so has everything else. The quality hasn’t changed, and the guys here still do a great job.

Todd at the front desk always makes everyone feel welcome — he really makes the place what it is. As long as he’s there, I’ll keep coming back.

Good luck to the new owners! I hope the business keeps thriving. In my opinion, it’s still the best wash in the area, and they continue to offer plenty of customer appreciation deals. Don’t let the recent negative reviews turn you away — give them a shot!

So many changes under the new ownership. I’ve been coming here for years and have always appreciated the deals, snacks, and welcoming environment. Was there today and the whole vibe seemed different. All the deal signs were taken down, new packages with higher prices are now up, and the line is now short to get in. The line for this place always used to be out to the street because it was THAT GOOD and worth the wait. They used to have bagels, spreads, and muffins for guests - it used to feel really high end. Those have been replaced with a popcorn machine… At checkout the woman in front of me verbalized the same and noted that she’s come here for years and makes a 45 min drive. Sounded like she would not be coming back. The wash itself and vacuuming was okay but just not the same. Please bring this place back to its former glory.
