Joe, Charlie, and the entire team are amazing! I met them by chance at the Philly Auto Show and have been going to them ever since. They’re knowledgeable, honest, and are true enthusiasts… which makes doing business there a pleasure. Working in customer service myself, I value relationships and when I’m at RC Misfits I feel like a friend, not just another customer. And now with the new shop and indoor crawler course, I look forward to taking my 6-year-old son up there too!
Brought my daughter in to upgrade her RC and had a great experience. Staff was very informative, took the time to explain things, and made her feel included in the process. The new shop looks great and has a lot of potential. Awesome local spot.
Charlie and his team of RC Experts know the game all too well. There has to be at least 45 years of experience between them all. I myself have just gotten back into this hobby, and there hasn’t been a time where I didn’t enjoy speaking with the guys in there about my ideas, and questions. They’re people friendly, business oriented, and again, very knowledgeable. If you have questions, write them down and bring them in. Go to store and browse, and then ask questions. It’s all good. Also follow them on FB for track events and such.
