Spring Restaurant

My favorite place for Chinese food! I usually get chicken and broccoli. The chicken actually tastes fresh here and there’s not a long wait time for pick up.

We had not ordered takeout from Spring Restaurant in many years. We decided to give it a try and it was amazing. We had the House Special Lo Mein, Beef w.Straw Mushroom & Baby Corn, Baby Shrimp w.Cashew Nuts, and Roast Pork Egg Roll. The Lo Mein was excellent— the nood were firm, the variety of ingredients and the flavor of the sauce were very goo. The beef in the Beef w.Straw Mushrooms was tender and very plentiful. While chestnut mushrooms were substituted for the straw mushroom, they were firm and very flavourful. The Baby Shrimp w cashews was delicious, although the order contained bell peppers, which was not mentioned on the menu, and were a little too sharp for the dish (we will be sure to order without peppers). The Roast Pork Egg Rolls were crisp, well-filled and not at all greasy or oily. Our family rated the meal a 9.8 out of 10. We will DEFINITELY be ordering from Spring Restaurant again, and soon!

Ordered take out, purchased pineapple fried rice with vegetables and after receiving my food I noticed it was not fried rice. It was mushy white rice like it was watered down mash potatoes. I didn’t even eat it, threw it out. When I went back inside to let them know my order was incorrect and I showed the guy the food, they didn’t want to refund or replace the order. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Very disappointed!

Excellent customer service. A very friendly and very patient girl served us. A typical chinese take out/dine-in place usually would give you your food and that's it. It's not the case here. She checked on us, we got real silverware, not plastic, that was a nice surprise. We didn't expect that at all. The lunch combo price starts at 4.99 -- that comes with a soda! They even give that fried starter things (whatever they're called). The food taste-wise was not the best we've had but good customer service always trumps good tasting food for me. AND the place is clean! Which is very very important for me and my husband. Not sure if the place has a bathroom, I didn't need to use it. Hope this helps.
