Beautiful Roman Catholic Church. The funeral service for Ms. Sandra A. Haines was quite moving and thought provoking. Her two sons, Robert Haines Jr., Troy Haines, and her grandchildren Sharell and Aubrey McLaughlin Jr., and family, may be comforted that she is at peace with her love ones in Heaven. Amen.

Wonderful welcoming community. If you want to come to a church that deputies the essence of Christianity, it's here. Father John, Father Joe, and Father Bede are a treasure of love and compassion. The school is a wonderful nurturing place to send your kids as well. I've reaped so much from this church and community, I would encourage anyone to come give it a try.

My family are parishioners of SJV for over 25 years. All my kids went to school here and made a lot of friends. It's a welcoming parish community.

There's Adoration of the blessed sacrament right after Saturday morning mass (except when there is a funeral mass)

Don't the miss parish carnival held on the 3rd week of June - plenty of rides, food and beer. It's the biggest carnival in the area. Be sure to try the zeppole(Italian pastry - ball of deep fried dough sprinkled with powdered sugar)
