This parking lot is located in a park just like the name says it.It is huge and has ample parking lots.We used it to take the boat ride to Ellis island.There is quite a bit of walk to the ticketing area and boarding zone.The washrooms are located near the boarding zone.In case if you are planning to take the boat ride,please be prepared for airport like security check-in
Tickets are $7.99, and you can pay easily with a QR code. Plenty of people around and parking feels safe. I parked here to take ferry to Ellis Island and Liberty Island.
Great price and friendly staff. The lady that worked on 6/24 went above and beyond to get us checked in with our large motorhome and car. She had to walk all the way to the back of the lot in scorching heat and she still had a smile on her face and treated us kindly. Would use this parking anytime.
Great parking area for $7 all day. If you drive further up, it's 2 hours free parking. View of lower Manhattan, Empty Sky Memorial and the old train station are right there for you to enjoy.
