Years ago, when I first went to the Princeton Monthly Meeting of the Quakers, I knew I was at Home, God's Home for Anyone and Everyone.
A place of peace
I went on a day the house was closed but the grounds and cemetary are well maintained and a quiet place to visit. I had gone to find the grave of a singer of the declaration of independence (Richard stockton). Unfortunately his actual location is unmarked (or marked with an non personalized stone marker) but there is a memorial to him erected just inside the gate saying he is buried on the grounds.
A very historic little Quaker meeting house that dates to colonial times and witnessed the Battle of Princeton. The burial ground with it's lack of makers in the traditional Quaker style is notable and is the resting place of a signer of the Declaration of Independence.
