Dover Saddlery

Our local Pony Club hosted an event at the Dover Saddlery Branchburg store last night, and I was so impressed. Store manager Kimmie and sales associate Tessa went above and beyond—sharing detailed information about the safety gear they carry and answering every question. They are clearly subject-matter experts on the products they carry and how each item works with different equestrian requirements, which made it easy for us to make confident choices.

Tessa did a fantastic job keeping even the youngest girls engaged with her fun, informative presentation, and both she and Kimmie were endlessly patient with the inevitable kid energy (including my own daughter’s enthusiastic running around!).

Kimmie even stayed late to help me place orders for safety vests we need for an event this Saturday. The store itself was spotless and very well stocked. Their customer service and genuine care for our group stood out, and I left feeling confident in our purchases and excited to return.

Highly recommend the Branchburg location for anyone needing equestrian gear or advice!

The staff are amazing! Im new to riding and one of the girls was so helpful giving me recommendations and having me try on boots, helmets and the works. Walked away feeling good about my purchases and excited to ride thanks to them!

Great spot for all your horse needs! Helpful and polite staff. Saddles, blankets, bits, bridles, wraps, treats, anything you could want for your horse is here. And for the rider, every kind of jacket, shirts, show clothes and helmets and so much more. A bit on the pricey side.

I've been to this location twice, and both times the employees were super helpful. Yesterday I needed a riding helmet, I'm back to riding after seventeen years. The person who helped me showed me options, measured my head, and gave me choices from highest end to budget friendly. She then helped me with a discrepancy on a gift card I had, she took the time and effort to fix the issue. Much appreciated customer service.
