If you need equipment, call them first!
Had to rent a mini excavator for a big job. Checked with the big box stores and got a quote. Then I called Sussex County Rental Center and spoke to Drew. The quote, including delivery and pick up, was hundreds of dollars less. Drew was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. He made the whole process stress-free and easy. I will always be a customer from this point on. Thank you!
Been there three times in the last week for three different pieces of equipment. All of the equipment worked flawlessly. The trailers they provided for me to transport the equipment worked. All of the lights and brakes worked. Another plus is that I was told I could drop the machine off at any time. That way when I'm done with a job I don't have to wait until the next morning to drop off a machine. I would highly recommend this place if you need a rent equipment.
Have used them multiple times with different equipment. Equipment has always been good and any issues I've run into during the job have been handled promptly and fairly. Definitely reccomended, sometimes there are closer options, but they've been worth the extra ride.
Amazing experience from start to finish with Sussex County Rental Center! I was planning a Surprise 30th Birthday for my fiancé since May, when the party wasn't until August, (4 months advanced planning!) & SCRC was great every step of the way. They were super helpful and accommodating/understanding even when I had to change around quantities with tables & chairs due to fluctuations in RSVP numbers as time went on in the planning process. Brett & Drew were great to coordinate with & made none of this process stressful for me, just all around super easy. The delivery & pick-up times for all of the equipment was handled quickly & efficiently as well. Can't thank them enough for making our party a success with all of their tables, chairs & high-top tables!
