I’ve been going to Krista at Tangled Up since 2018 and honestly, I can’t imagine going anywhere else! My hair always feels healthier after every visit - Krista knows just how to bring my hair back to life. Their whole team are always learning new techniques and staying on top of trends, the service is amazing, and they use really great products. What I love most is the fantastic vibe - everyone works so well together and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. After seven years, I’m still blown away by how talented everyone is there. I have been coming here for years, I started off with Krista who does amazing work and started my hair styling addiction. Agnes has been my stylist for a while now and she’s the only person I trust enough to say “Do whatever you want” and know it will come out 10x better than I imagined. Everyone here is so friendly and well taught. I always recommend people to come to this salon!

I was so excited and looking forward for changing my hair color and cutting my shoulder length hair to a short pixie cut but “OMG” what a nightmare for me! Not trying to be rude or disrespectful but what a huge disappointment it was for me!
Color was horrible and haircut was even worse! Going back tomorrow to try to fix my color and then going on Saturday somewhere else to see if they can fix my haircut! 👎😢 I’m shouting out exactly one week later to say that after I washed my hair the other day I have at least 25% gray showing up in my hair after a striping and two different coloring in the same day and now a week later my grays are starting to show! So what are you paying for if your back to gray in just a week! So my opinion is that… well I really don’t know what to say about it! I just think that it’s a very expensive place to go for a cheap coloring and a terrible haircut! So I’m not going to continue with my review anymore but if you’re smart just don’t waste your money or time and definitely don’t have Crista do your hair!!! 👎😢X
