Great staff, Anthony was really nice and super helpful. My SUV was cleaned really well, but the trunk part was left a little dirty. The free vacuums were super helpful and did a good job cleaning.

It is not a hand wash by any stretch of the imagination. They do give you a nice microfiber cloth to dry/dust if you so Choose.
It is December and less than 40 deg. So I do understand that there was only on person at the end drying. Vacuum is SELF SERVICE.

I had a great experience at the wash. Nathan was the person leading the station when I came and he was excellent. Professional, courteous, and worked hard to serve me well. Spoke well on the service and I would come back just because of his kindness. The car wash is also great left my car spotless and I have been going here for years. In general all the workers I encounter are great
