This Ninja Warrior and obstacle training gym is absolutely incredible, earning a well-deserved five stars! Hard Work and a determined Attitude are the cornerstone of the AHW Obstacle Training programs. From the moment you step in, it's clear that the variety of challenging and fun obstacles are selected by an American Ninja Warrior competitor with years of coaching experience. Coach Derek was not only highly knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly encouraging and patient, providing personalized tips. It's a supportive and motivating environment that makes you want to keep coming back. We can't wait for our next visit to this Ninja Gym!

My son just completed the 8 week program and LOVED it!! He has gained so much strength in such a short time and coach is awesome ⭐️ Definitely sign up if you are thinking about it!!
I took my 3 (just about 4 year old) daughter and she had a great time. The coach is excellent with kids. I really appreciated how he was able to teach my daughter to think about the movements she was making. Tons of fun all around, and will be going back for more!
Derek has been great with our son. Even in the short time working with him, he was able to level up. If your kids are even remotely curious about ninja warrior, definitely check this gym out.
