First time stopping in for lunch & we absolutely LOVED this cute little Mexican spot! The staff is attentive, place is clean and it definitely gives a Mexican vibe! They start you off with some homemade tortilla chips & 2 dips, my husband and I loved them! I had an Horchata & it was quite tasty. We enjoyed our entrees, the service… we will definitely be returning. It was easy to find parking, we were sat within a minute or two of entering the establishment. We have no complaints. I took a couple of photos, loved the decor and it just made me smile to look around & see their Mexican decor. The portions are a nice filling size! Felt the need to mention that.

Excellent authentic Mexican Cuisine. Loved my Fajitas and the wife loved her Enchiladas. Salsa was good. Chips so so. Rice and beans very good. Beer was warm, bummer. Reasonably priced. Disappointed that we had to pay extra for the chips and salsa.

Overall a good experience. Great staff, delicious food. Nothing really stuck out to me regarding the Mexican food- the pastor tacos were juicy and seasoned well but just marinated cubes(not the style where they carve it off the roaster) and they don’t serve complimentary chips with salsa (other places do. I thought they did years ago)

Solid seafood caldo as well- $23 and very filling. My mom was delighted to see the imitation crab meat (an Asian staple) in her soup, along with real clams, fish, etc

Generally speaking, this is definitely an authentic Mexican cuisine restaurant, although I’ve realized over the years I’ve been going; there are a few things on the menu not worth paying attention to due to their own lack of resources for whatever reason. One thing particularly is the “steak fajitas” for some reason they used ground beef??? But the chicken fajitas are to die for. Honestly, anything that is cooked with chicken seems to be great in this restaurant. My favorite and go-to dish is the Chicken Tacos. The salsa and guacamole are above average and the tortilla chips are decent but cooked a little too crispy. The verde salsa is phenomenal along with their hotter red salsa.

Disclaimer : the bartenders make strong drinks here.

The service lacks a little bit sometimes because of the language barrier unless you speak Spanish, and when the place is packed sometimes. I’ve learned of the years though that the bartender/server girls are very nice nonetheless.

This is one of the better Mexican restaurants I’ve been to, and definitely among the best in the chicken taco category. I give them a solid 4 with roof for improvement to become a 5.
