    First, I was thrilled that there is a Tesla service center near my home. Get 10 stars for that. Before I had to trek to Springfield, then Totowa. Now, just down the street essentially. Second, I was having this knocking noise from the passenger side in the rear since I bought the car. I took it to Springfield, couldn't be replicated with a test drive - no fix. Took it to Totowa - couldn't be replicated with a test drive--> not fixed. Literally 2-3 weeks later, I was able to replicate the sound, took a video and sent it to Tesla for a service appt. Drove into the new place - greeted by Jordi who was helpful with the intake, loaner, etc. Met with master technician Arnold - saw my video, saw me replicate the sound on the floor of rear passenger area and was able to tell me that this was a known issue. Couldn't the Totowa techs tell me that? It was a known issue in 2-3 weeks??? Arnold didn't even have to drive it. Explained to me that there is an unnecessary space between the top of the battery pack and the floor of the car during manufacturing. And when the car goes into an incline or on the road, a knocking sound will be heard due to the metal sort of bending. SO knowledgeable!!! They had the part, fixed it in 2-3 hours and texted me the car was ready. Now the car is making no noise, feels more solid. WTH. After 33k miles!!! Anyhow, kudos to Jordi, Arnold for taking care of me. Everyone was organized and strealined! Hats off.

    I had an excellent experience at the Tesla Service Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The service was quick, efficient, and done right the first time. I left feeling confident in the work and really appreciated the team’s attention to detail and customer care. Highly recommend this service center!
