The compound Fitness Studio is a gem, tucked in a cute compound setting in Verona NJ. This family-owned business is home to women or folks like myself seeking a place to rebuild or restore through very well-designed classes that purposefully align or realign your body and mind. I LOVE this space for everything it offers including sittings of a little adorable kid in pullups, and a reminder of why animals (dogs in particular), add to our wellbeing. Thank you Brian and Danielle for your gift!

I was on my morning coffee run and I come here all the time because the coffee and matcha is amazing but I just found out that they have this precious puppy as well that just demanded belly rubs. It made my day!
Love the decor and woodwork. Very inviting outdoor seating.
