Went in for a diagnosis for an asus gaming laptop and they were unable to diagnose specifically what was wrong with it. The diagnosis consisted of the tech worker plugging in my laptop with the charger I provided (even though I articulated that the charger itself may not be working) and trying to turn on the laptop. Once that did not work, they opened up the bottom panel but did not investigate the battery, motherboard or any other pieces and instead speculated that I’d have to check myself with a different laptop charger and also inspect the battery. I appreciate the tech worker checking my hard drive to see if the files were accessible (something he took upon himself to do and I did not ask for) but overall, did not tell me anything more than I already knew myself. Perhaps they’re great for Dell and other desktops but not gaming tech.

My anxiety bell went off when my computer did a 180 degree turn and didn't look like its usual self. Computer Specialist explained what happened and offered several options. I agreed it was way too full, too old and I ordered a new one with them. I had them come out and install for me and this new one is faster, and they were able to transfer all the previous data. This was a lesson for me in many ways and I felt fortunate to have their guidance and be back up and running. I also appreciated the personal touch vs. a big situation like Best Buy and others. i had an awesome experience at this store when my work computer completely shut down. it was an archaic PC and not only did the computer specialist (in this case, joe) explain the problem clearly, they helped me to replace what was unfixable and offered follow-up help if necessary. all of this took less than 24 hours! thank you to joe and paul for your excellent customer service.
I been here a few times always been happy. I just brought my sons gaming computer in because it was starting up. The RAm came loose and just had to be plugged in. They could have said anything so happy. The computer has been running very slow also, they changed the drive out and my son is thrilled with the speed. The prices are great and they are very trust worthy. Thanks Chris!!!
