I ordered an Acme aluminum coffee table from Overstock that was delivered damaged. It has been a total nightmare to return. The damaged table arrived on Friday and near midnight that night I was chatting with a representative from Furniture Authority having found the same table online, never hearing of the company and checking everywhere to see if I could get a replacement in time for Thanksgiving. This company got it delivered in 5 days from midnight Friday in perfect condition, unpacked in my home so I could approve the condition before accepting it for the same price as Overstock, with whom I am still jumping through hoops to return their damaged table almost a month after ordering it. While I've been having to chase down reliable customer service at Overstock, Furniture Authority updated me consistently by text and email and was an absolute professional delight. I've never had such great customer service and would not hesitate again to order from them.
When I contacted Furniture Authority, I spoke with Sunny. He was so helpful and got me what I wanted. They were the most reasonable then anywhere. It’s hard to find great customer service now a days but Furniture Authority really knows how to treat their customers. They are very personable, even the delivery guy was.
I will be ordering from them again!
We ordered a loft bed and it was delivered within 24 hours!! The bed was exactly as expected and my daughter loves it!! The delivery was smooth and easy. Driver kept in touch and updated us on arrival time. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful! He was extremely professional as well. He patiently waited for my husband to unbox and inspect all pieces. We were extremely pleased with the product and delivery!! Great job!!😊
