I just completed a first floor renovation with Capri construction. It was a huge job and I am so happy I did it! We receive compliments by every single person that comes over. I am so thrilled with my new open concept first floor. My kitchen has everything I ever wanted in it. I am thankful for the Capri team getting the job done exactly like I wanted !

Overall we had a really wonderful experience with Capri. We love that not only did Capri do the design, but also coordinated with the contractors so it was a one-stop shop. We LOVED meeting Linda and her approach to design. We met with her and in the span of 2-3 hours had planned out our entire bathroom. The contractors were efficient and we were able to be done with our master bathroom project in 3 weeks as promised.

The only reason I am deducting a star from this review is because the project manager that was assigned to our project was difficult to work with. We were given no project timeline, so we didn't know when we needed to obtain certain things by (such as paint). When I asked questions about things we had picked out so I could buy coordinating items, I was given runaround responses. I asked the project manager to recommend a glass door company and she adamantly refused to give me the names of any companies - then had the nerve to ask me if we wound up using any of the glass companies she recommended when she finally came by. The project manager told us on a Thursday that people were coming that following Monday to paint - knowing we were going to be away Friday-Sunday and were not going to have time to buy paint (we were given no instructions prior about recommended paint brands or amount to buy). Fortunately we had a color picked out and my local hardware store was open early enough that I could get a similar color in the brand recommended the morning before people arrived to paint, but it was certainly not preferred given the amount of time we had between picking out our bathroom and starting the project. We didn't see our project manager appear until a week and a half into the project. That was the biggest frustration of the entire project. Everything else went very well and we are thrilled with our new master bathroom.

My project was a “remove and replace” renovation, but the difference between the old and new bathroom is substantial. My bathroom may be small, but it’s the only one I have, and I wanted it to feel bigger and more extravagant than it was. Capri was able to accomplish that. From the first step of design, to demolition and construction, to the last finishing touches, the Capri team was professional, helpful, communicative, and transparent.

In particular, Jeremy is unlike other contractors I’ve worked with in the past. He and his team completed the job they said they would do in the time frame and budget promised at the beginning of the project. He and the entire Capri team communicated effectively and respectfully throughout the entire process. There were a few minor issues that came up as the bathroom was being completed (which happens in virtually any renovation project), which were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

Additionally, my condo association has several rules about contractors and work being done in the building. Jeremy and his crew worked within those guidelines without a single complaint. In fact, several of the association board members commented to me how friendly and courteous Jeremy was.

My friends and relatives have also commented about how great my bathroom looks now. If I’m ever in a position to renovate a kitchen or another bathroom in the future, I would confidently go with Capri. They made what can be an intimidating project simple and with stunning results.

We've had lots of work done to the various houses we've owned over the last 45 years. Had some really bad contractors, so I wasn't sure what to expect from Capri, but they exceeded our expectations, which was such a relief. They were on time every day, did exactly what they were supposed to, finished when they were scheduled to finish, which is so rare with contractors. The quality of their work was amazing, and the best part was the project manager, Ilana, who was here every day checking on things. If we ever need any other work done in our house, I'll be calling Capri!! They're the best!!

Capri handled our kitchen renovation - Jeremy was responsive to providing a quote, answering all of our questions, and communicating timelines and updates to us once the project started. We really appreciated the attention to detail him and everyone on his team put into our project and would recommend him for home renovations projects.
