After living here with my partner for about six months, I've come to the conclusion that you definitely get what you pay for. It's on the cheaper side for the area, but there are a lot of things that leave much to be desired.

For starters, the building's overall maintenance isn't great. The trash management is a complete mess—the dumpsters are all the way in the back parking lot, and as staff hauls garbage back there, smaller pieces often fall off and get blown around. The whole area is pretty littered. The recycling bins on each floor are also rarely emptied. On top of that, the laundry room is consistently dirty, with an overflowing trash can and lint everywhere. It seems like they wait until half the machines are broken before they call for maintenance.

Living here is supposedly pet-friendly, but there's no enforcement for people to pick up after their dogs. There's always dog poop in the grass, and the "dog run" is just a fenced-in dirt patch. The elevators are another big headache. With only three for a 21-story building, you're often left waiting 5-10 minutes, especially when one is reserved for move-ins and another for maintenance (which can happen at the same time!). It can take management a week or two to fix an out-of-order elevator. And if you have visitors, good luck. The so-called visitor parking is mostly used by residents and has zero oversight. There's been a car with a flat tire and cracked windshield just sitting there for weeks.

As for the apartment itself, the walls are paper-thin; I can hear my neighbors even when they're not being loud. The kitchen and bathroom also lack proper venting, so smells tend to linger. While there is a gym, it's not well-maintained and the sanitizing wipes are often empty for days. One positive note is the front desk attendant, a friendly old Ukrainian lady, who is great! But when she's off on weekends, you're unable to get packages because the package room is locked and no one else is there.

Overall, I'm giving this place 2 stars because the price is quite cheap compared to other places nearby, but you'll have to put up with a lot of issues.

We just love the apartment. The view from our balcony is amazing. The staff and maintenance guys are very helpful and responds very quickly to solve any small issue with the apartment. The pool and gym facilities are really nice. Highly recommend.
