What a great team, Wayne Phipps, Jason Gareau and Jen make! We listed my elderly mother‘s house after she had recuperated from a bad fall, it was time for her to downsize plus, she has my disabled brother living with her. While looking for a house for them, I decided I needed to be close to them in proximity so I listed my house. Having two houses for sale and quickly going under contract and then buying two houses and settlements within two weeks of each other, life was a little crazy!
